User Agreement for the Wall Plast Game

This User Agreement governs your use of our service on platforms where Wall Plast operates, including the PC version available from https://wall-plast.web.app/ and https://dpakohh.itch.io/wall-plast, the mobile version available from https://wall-plast.web.app/ and https://dpakohh.itch.io/wall-plast, and in RuStore. The document applies to all content and software (software) created and used by the Service to provide you with user services. By using the Service, you agree to follow this agreement, as well as the rules of use, primarily meaning respectful attitude towards other users. If you do not agree with the terms of the user agreement, refrain from using the Service.

1. Service Owner

The owner of the Service is dpakohh games, who also provides you with access to use the Service.

2. Registration in the Application

To use the Service, you need to have an account. To create an account, you must open the application and in the "Registration" tab enter your email and password. You must enter the password again to confirm that you entered the password you intended to enter. You can only enter Gmail mail. After registration, you can continue using the Service.

3. Guest Account

You can use a guest account. When you exit the game, you will lose access to the guest account. You can save your actions, and thus save access to the account, if you link an email to the account. The capabilities of the guest account are limited: you cannot write messages in the in-game chat, and you cannot publish maps for public access.

4. Material Rights

Distribution and Modification of Materials

You cannot use any Service Materials for commercial purposes. That is, you cannot copy, publish, sell or otherwise transfer Materials to third parties without the prior consent of the Service Owner. You cannot modify or replace Materials used or posted on the Service.

Games and Other Materials Created by Users

By this Agreement, the Service is granted the right, without any warnings or compensation, to unlimitedly publish or distribute Games and Materials on any media such as the Internet, television, websites, disks, etc. Therefore, you grant the Service the right to copy, reproduce, forward, display, license, modify, provide and distribute the Games and Materials you created for commercial and non-commercial use.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Do not share your account data or personal information with anyone;
  • Do not meet people from Wall Plast in the real world. Players may not be who they claim to be;
  • Refrain from using profanity and discussing political, religious, national topics. We want to preserve the personal freedom of thought of each user;
  • Any content of a sexual or chauvinistic nature is prohibited;
  • Do not insult or annoy other Wall Plast users, try not to get into conflicts with them;
  • Do not write or distribute letters and content containing calls to send it to other persons (spam calls);
  • Do not violate copyright laws and intellectual property, do not plagiarize Games and Materials created by users;
  • Fraud using any third-party software (software) is prohibited;
  • The Service Owner may delete Content and Materials if they are considered inappropriate or offensive;
  • Report any actions of other users that violate this User Agreement or Terms of Use;
  • Keep your account decent;
  • Users who have been complained about by other Service users may be warned, and their accounts may be suspended, canceled or deleted.

Additional Wall Plast Rules:

  • 1.1 - Do not use offensive expressions to insult someone;
  • 1.2 - Do not write anything sexual or racist;
  • 1.3 - Do not harass or annoy other Wall Plast participants;
  • 1.4 - Using spam twins on one map is strictly prohibited;
  • 1.5 - Spam and flooding in chats is prohibited;
  • 1.6 - Discussing politics is also a violation;
  • 1.7 - Do not disclose your email addresses or phone number(s);
  • 1.8 - Offensive nicknames are also prohibited;
  • 1.9 - It is strictly forbidden to steal content/models from game files, you can ask the developer personally to provide you with any content from the game;
  • 2.0 - Fraud using third-party software or modified clients. This includes, among other things, any use of Cheat Engine in connection with the use of the service;
  • 3.1 - Maps with indecent names or descriptions that offend human dignity are prohibited;
  • 3.2 - Maps with indecent content are also prohibited;
  • 3.3 - Frequent publication of empty maps may be considered spam.

The Service has the right to close any of your maps along with your account if you violate this agreement. Report any content that you consider inappropriate, suspicious or offensive.

6. Suspension and Account Deletion

The Service has the right to suspend, cancel or delete your account (account) if you violate this Agreement.

7. Other Service Actions

Commercial Content

The Service does not provide any in-game paid services or goods. The only official monetary collections are made voluntarily via Boosty.

Notifications

You agree that we may send you required notifications, agreements and other information electronically.

Legal Issues

This document provides you with the complete agreement between you and us and replaces all previous oral and written agreements and contracts. You are obliged to comply only with this current Agreement for the use of the Service. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid and/or unenforceable, that part will be amended in accordance with applicable law to reflect the original intentions of the parties as far as possible, and the remaining parts of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement is governed in accordance with Russian legislation. Therefore, in particular, you agree to the personal jurisdiction of Russia in connection with any disputes between you and the Service regarding the Agreement or related thereto. Both parties to the Agreement agree that any disputes between the parties arising from the Agreement or related thereto will be considered only in the courts of Russia and/or in another forum for dispute resolution.

Changes to this Document

At our discretion, we may change this agreement. Information about changes in this Agreement may be published on Discord https://discord.gg/nbqnJyqmr6 or Telegram https://t.me/wallplast. The user is obliged to periodically check the Agreement for changes. By continuing to use the Service, you automatically accept the new Agreement.
